Week One
My first weigh-in last night, and a good first week (despite a work event last Thursday that involved a huge Chinese meal and some wine).
Weight lost last week: 3½ lbs
Weight lost so far: 3½ lbs
Equivalent to: Over 1½ bags of sugar
In the hope that I can halve myself.

You're very brave. I've dieted before, somewhat successfully, though I don't think I could do it in the "public glare" (well, you know what I mean)!
Well done on dropping 3.5 lbs this week.

I'll let you into a little secret - I actually set up this site 2 years ago, but kept it hidden and it did me no good at all. No one knew, see, so I could give up with nobody knowing. This time I'm telling everyone. We'll see...
