Catch up

Week twenty one
Weight gained: half a pound

Week twenty two
Weight lost: 2½ lbs
Total lost so far: 2 stone 9 lbs

(I'm running out of inspiration on the whole 'equivalent to' thing, so I'm going to start illustrating my progress with everyone's favourite graph - the pie chart.)

Rather than "pie charts" you could do it in an equivalent number of pies!
