OK... I admit it...
I'm going to stop pretending that I'm anywhere close to getting back on the weight loss wagon and I won't post here again until I really get that commitment back. Any secret magic wisdom will be gratefully received.

No - that would have the very opposite effect (and wouldn't be anything I'm not already doing to myself...).

its hard keeping it going - i think you need a weight loss pal! Someone who's a mate (thats also a similar size if possible) then it becomes a competition !!
I only say that because as of Friday i have one and we have both setup accounts with a free online fitness site and given each other our login details so we can keep an eye on each other. Also we are texting each other with things we are doing and eating that are helping us.
It might be early days for me (again) but i can tell already this is more likely to work than doing it on my own.
It annoys me too actually. I wont go swimming as i'm basically too embarrassed , where my mate will do. Because of this, he's removed all my excuses not to do it too!!
Use what motivates you, even negative things to get yourself back on the road mate. I'm using peer pressure!!!
