might have to blog about this, but today I weight myself and was shocked yes truely shocked how heavy I have become. Its fightened me so much I've started a diet immediately, otherwise i'll be having to have surgery. Seriously...I can't hide this with some simple loose clothes and a spot of shading.
Had to share that thought with someone, and you have always been a good mate..even though we've never actually met :)
I can't give in this time!! I just can't.
