Week ending 2nd February 2009

Weight lost: 5½ lbs

Hooray! Great week of dieting! I was a bit nervous as I've designated Sunday 'no-diet-day' and was contemplating the wisdom of that - the day before weigh-in-day. However, despite my big roast lunch and mountain of meringue, a very good weight loss for my first week.

Wow! that's awesome! good work, you. i've been "trying" to diet too. have lost a total of 3.7 lbs in 3 weeks. though, i haven't yet weighed for this week so maybe it's slightly more now. one can hope! ... even if it was superbowl sunday yesterday!
