I really like your 'equivalents' pictures - to me they're ideal for illustrating the success on losing even just a couple of pounds.

Great work! I like the equivalent pics too. I went to a Weight Watchers meeting once where the group leader brought in raw chicken fat in plastic baggies. It was disgusting yet oddly motivating!
