4½ lbsI'm so glad I joined the Slimming World group again. I'm motivated all over again, just like when I started about a year ago. I'm currently feeling totally full from a delicious spaghetti bolognese I made this evening, followed by a big dish of fresh pineapple, all totally allowed on the eating plan (and not a weight or measure in sight).
It shouldn't be long before I'm back to where I was when I stopped going...
In the meantime, I'm getting a big tall mirror like this in my house...
