Wow, that's brilliant, jo! Well done. And it's true that food gets more interesting when you spend a little time and thought on it. I'm still in the struggling-to-get-going bit of the diet and eating rubbish while I try to convince myself it's healthy.
Hi Jo - well done! I found what really helped me when I was weight-watching was to create an Excel graph, enter my weight, print it and pin it up in the kitchen every week. It was very motivational seeing the graph go down - and a kick in the teeth when it went up!
